1. The Universal Binary version does not show your TWAIN scanner
Most scanner drivers are currently only PowerPC. So, they run on an Intel Mac in the Rosetta emulation.
GraphicConverter can use such drivers only if the application is launched under Rosetta.

• Select GraphicConverter in the Finder.
• Select File:File Info. 
• Check: Open using Rosetta

You can now use your old scanner driver.


2. The program ends immediately after it has started.

This can be caused by a corrupt document which is set to open with the program.
Mac OS X:
Please go to the folder in /User/Library/Preferences and delete all the documents com.lemkesoft.graphicconverter.plist, com.lemkesoft.graphicconverter.powerpc.plist and com.lemkesoft.graphicconverter.intel.plist.
Classic OS:
Please go to the folder System folder/Preferences and delete the document GraphicConverter Prefs

3. Can I receive updates on a CD ? 

You can order a CD with the current version from our order page if your online connection is too slow for the download. 

4. How do I install plug-ins ?

Copy the plug-ins into the folder Library/Application Support/GraphicConverter/Plugins. Re-start the GraphicConverter to activate plug-ins.
