There are some variants to register or order our software products:

• Online (secure) order with key by e-mail (done via KAGI)
  You will receive a license key some moments after your order.
  You can receive a CD as an option.
  Please note: Your order will be processed by KAGI in the USA.
  You can contact them at sales@kagi.com with any questions
  related to the payment over their system.
  
  
• Online (secure) order with payment by PayPal
  You will receive a license key normally within 48 hours.
  You can receive a CD as an option.
  Please note: You will pay with PayPal.
  
  
• Online (secure) order via Element 5 (Digital River)
  You will receive a license key normally within a few minutes (if you
  order with credit card). You can receive a CD as an option.
  
  
• Online (secure) order via TrialPay
  You order another product and will receive a GraphicConverter
  license key as free add-on.
  
  
• Standard order (PDF document)
  You fill out the order form and print it. You mail or fax the printed form
  to us. You will get the software and license key normally within 7 days
  after we have received your order.
  
  
• Online (secure) order with key by e-mail (via dureg)
  The license key arrives immediately after placing your order. An invoice is
  automatically generated, compliant with EU sales tax regulations.
  Please note: Your order is processed by dureg in Germany. Please contact
  info@dureg.com for any questions related to your purchase at dureg.
   
• Reseller Orders
  Dr. Bott ships the retail package of Graphic Converter to resellers
  worldwide. For detailed information please contact info@drbott.de

Note about the upgrade: All customers who order/ordered GraphicConverter 5.x (UB/X/Classic) directly from Lemke Software, our KAGI store, our Element 5 store or the MacUpdate bundle (in July 2007) after January 1, 2007 receive the upgrade to version 6.x free of charge. We e-mailed the new license keys already. So, please contact us, if you did not receive your new key.
